The 2nd Digital China Summit was held in the presence of over 1,500 guests in Fuzhou, Fujian Province in the morning of May 6. The Summit theme is: fully implement the new development philosophy, using IT application to foster new growth drivers, make further progress, and achieve greater success. Huang Kunming, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Secretary of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the CPC and Minister of Publicity Department of the CPC, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech.
