Therefore, it was necessary to closely grasp the favorable timing of the new-round science and technology revolution and the important period of strategic opportunity for the development of China, turn the second-mover advantage in Internet technological innovation, the leadership advantage in technology application and the market advantage into the development edge in digital economy and thus set a new milestone in the development of the Digital China program.
